FAQ
How do I book a spot?
Open a beach club, pick the day, tap a free spot on the map, and pay on that page.
Who do I pay?
You pay the beach club, not Playaza. Checkout uses PayPal or a credit card.
Where is my QR pass?
After payment you get a confirmation with the pass. You can also open it from My stays.
Can I cancel?
Each club sets its own cancellation rules. They are shown on the club page before you pay.
How do extras and parking work?
Add them when you book, if the club sells them. Parking is reserved for your stay dates.
How do I see my bookings later?
Open My stays and sign in with email or a social account. All your clubs appear in one list.
How does a beach club join?
Use Register a lido, accept the terms, then set the map, prices, and PayPal from the staff app.
Who is responsible for the beach?
The beach club. Playaza only provides the booking software.
Do I need to call the club?
No. Choose a spot and pay on this website. The club sees the booking when you arrive.
