Playaza

Playaza provides software only. Each beach club is responsible for the service it sells and for guest data it collects.

Version 1

Terms of Service

Playaza is a software platform that lets independent beach clubs publish a booking page, take PayPal payments, and run staff tools. Playaza is not the beach club, does not operate the beach, and is not a party to the contract between the guest and the lido. The lido is solely responsible for the service it sells, safety, insurance, tax, and its own staff. By creating a lido account you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business, that you will keep your prices and availability accurate, and that you will comply with applicable law, including GDPR, consumer rules, and local maritime rules for any watercraft you rent. Playaza may suspend an account for unpaid commissions, illegal content, or misuse of the platform.

Version 1

Privacy Policy

Playaza (the platform provider) processes account data needed to run the service: staff names and emails, lido profile, bookings metadata, invoices, and messages. Playaza is the controller of platform-account data (your staff login, billing, and support). The lido is the controller of guest data it collects through its public page (names, contacts, stays, reviews, identity documents for rentals). We do not sell personal data. We use processors strictly to host, send email, and take PayPal payments. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of your staff account data by contacting the platform. Guests who want to exercise GDPR rights on a stay or rental must contact the beach club, which is the controller of that data.
